CNIC Delegation Meets with ZEISS for Collaborative Partnership

Oberkochen, Germany – From June 27th to June 29th, 2023, the Cassovia New Industry Cluster (CNIC) delegation, headed by Chairman of the Board, Prof. RNDr. Pavol Miškovský, DrSc., engaged in a productive working meeting at the headquarters of ZEISS.

The purpose of the visit was to showcase ZEISS’ production capabilities while introducing CNIC’s activities, with the goal of forging a fruitful collaboration in the coming months. The delegation, graciously invited by ZEISS, comprised esteemed individuals such as RNDr. Veronika Huntošová, PhD. (CIB TIP UPJŠ), Assoc. Prof. Mgr. Maroš Halama, PhD. (CNIC), and Assoc. Prof. RNDr. František Lofaj, DrSc. (UMV SAV).

Throughout the discussions, a concrete proposal emerged for an imaging workplace dedicated to progressive materials, batteries, and life sciences. This proposal reflects the potential for a robust partnership between ZEISS and CNIC. The proposed steps to deepen cooperation will soon be implemented, marking an exciting new phase in this collaboration.
