CNIC has been awarded a certificate of capability to conduct research and development by the Ministry of Education. The application for certification was submitted by CNIC representatives on April 27, 2023. The evaluative committee, assessing CNIC’s fulfillment of the indicators outlined in Section 26a, Paragraph 7, has approved the request.

This certification brings significant benefits to CNIC, as it now qualifies for state support in research and development for the next three years. Furthermore, CNIC has officially become a fully recognized scientific research organization. Consequently, CNIC gains eligibility to apply for projects and grants specifically tailored to this certification.

Chairman of the Board, prof. RNDr. Pavol Miškovský, DrSc., expressed his satisfaction upon receiving the certification, stating, “This is an important milestone for us. We are committed to fostering an advanced scientific research environment in Slovakia, and the approval of our capability opens doors to opportunities that will accelerate our path to success for all involved.”
